++ Additional cost of hosting symposium(venue booking, AV, F&B as per actuals)
- 1. Please note that GST of 18% is not included and will be levied on sponsorship charges.
- 2. Total 3 Platinum and Gold sponsorships are available and will be given on first come first serve basis.
- 3. Allocation of exhibition stalls will be on first come first serve basis.
- 4. Display of exhibits outside the perimeter of allocated exhibition booth is not allowed.
- 5. Fifty percent of the sponsorship amount is payable at the time of booking and balance will be payable before 15th July 2018.
- 6. There may be some changes in the exhibition booth layout at last minute due to logistic issues. In such case the organizing committee will try to accommodate sponsors requirements to the best of their ability. However, in unavoidable circumstances the decision of the organizing committee will be final.
